Yoga Instructor
Tonia Weakland-Wilhelm is a seasoned wellness professional, yoga educator, and holistic healer with over 25 years of experience guiding others toward strength, balance, and embodied well-being. Blending the wisdom of yoga, Ayurveda, bodywork, and esthetics, Tonia creates safe, nurturing spaces for transformation—from the inside out.
She has taught a wide range of yoga styles including Hot Vinyasa, Gentle, Prenatal, and Restorative, and has trained under renowned leaders such as Judith Lasater and Jane Austin. As a coach and mentor at CorePower Yoga, she trains new instructors and leads with clarity, compassion, and purpose.
Tonia’s work is rooted in the belief that healing is not a luxury, but a necessity—and that everyone deserves access to practices that restore body, mind, and spirit. Whether in a class, a one-on-one session, or through community offerings, her mission is always the same: to help people feel strong, seen, and deeply supported on their path.
Therapeutic & Seniors Yoga
Level: Gentle | Style: Therapeutic Yoga
This slow, mindful yoga class is designed to support physical ease and cognitive clarity—ideal for older adults or anyone seeking a gentler approach to movement. We focus on caring for the joints, improving muscular stability, and maintaining balance, while also nurturing mental focus and emotional well-being. Breath-work, mantra, and elements of yoga philosophy are thoughtfully woven throughout to encourage presence, resilience, and a deeper connection to Self. While this class is intentionally gentle, participants should be able to move with relative independence; modifications are offered within the scope of a group yoga setting.
