Hiya, I’m Christel Joy Johnson and I recently moved back to SF by way of Washington State. I have been practicing movement my whole life, practicing yoga since 2001, and teaching yoga since 2009. It helped heal my very screwed up spine, but it was when yoga stopped me from having panic and anxiety attacks that I decided to dive deeper, learn more, and then share what I learned so others might find some healing as well!
Yogalates
This 1 hour class is a fusion: Yoga + Pilates. Using a combination of Yoga asanas along with some Pilates exercises, each class is aimed to help us tone and strengthen what needs to be strengthened while also releasing and relieving tension. May we also increase flexibility, improve range of motion, and help our nervous system find calm. What an amazing way to start our day!
